Senior Camp Day 1

I was surprised that I could wake up at 9am today. And not to my surprise, that Crazy Cat was still awake. Yes.. She never had a wink all becos her blog. See how HARDWORKING she was... It would be great if blogging was one of her core modules. Probably it is now, considering, Mambo at Zouk, Saturdays at Dbl O, Mahjong are her "supposed core modules".

---------------------
The day started at Function Room at Level 6. It seemed abit messy to me, as it seemed like nobody knew what they need to do. Cat and I slipped out to Canteen 14 to have our breakfast. When we came back, the GLs were already playing some games inside the room. Cat and I ended up going around hiding poker cards in the green house side of Block 64, in preparation for the next game. The GLs were supposed to find the hidden cards.

Guess where were the places we hid?
Hosereels (stuck in between the rubber tubings), roof (in between the roof tilings), under the air-con, among the gravels, under the water-cooler, in the shoe, and these above mentioned were left unfound.

The ridiculously obvious and remained unfound were..
1. Left on top of the electrical wiring casing, and 1/4 of the card was peeping out. (Obviously they underestimate our height)
2. 4 cards were miraculously left unfound within the premises of the TV lounge. 2 of which were 50% exposed at the vending machine and the window near it. And when obvious hints and clues were targetted at that corner, and after many had walked there and searched, and even tried to move the vending machine, they were still left there, peeping out of their locations and probably laughing at these people.

The people who hid the cards were so amused.

Hmm.. after the game, IIRC, was lunchbreak. Cat and I went to Canteen 14 again, with Joo and the rest. We were really still quite full. So we waited for Joo to finish her lunch before we left. After lunch, we went to Joo's room, to wake that lazy bummer - Lim Ling Ling up. This lazy bummer woke up and snacked abit, and went back to her bed again. So time to wake up! Pestered them for a while, until it was time to gather at TV lounge again. At TV lounge, it seemed like everything was not ready. Cat decided to go Canteen 13 to grab some bites. Of course, I went along. My eyelids seemed heavy after lunch. And after Canteen 13, our destination next, wasn't the TV lounge. It was Level 7!! I was back for my bed, and Cat? what else? Her blog, of course!

---------------------

After I woke up, it seemed like activities had stopped again, and all were having their super long dinner break. I guess there were a few hours. Cat and I decided to have Canadian Pizza for dinner. So we called my "son" Jeffrey, his roomie Paul, Chunky and Joselyn to join in the dinner. Chunky claimed to be sick, and didn't wanted to eat. So, 5 of us had 1 large Herb and Cheese pizza and 1 large Hawaiian pizza. We were all quite satisfied.

Till later at night, around 9+, 10pm... Then I realised something was amiss. We conveniently left Joo out for the pizza dinner. Until she came to my room and saw the receipt on my desk, then I said, "Sorry, we forgot all about you earlier on, cos we were too hungry." And also, told her that really cos she wasn't staying at Blk 64 that time, that was really a disadvantage, whenever we had chance to dig in. lolx. Okay.. She came to my room with her logistics - sponges and twine. My task? To help her convert those into "bikini-bra"-look-alike. Well.. That was easy. I end up cutting through the middle part of the sponges, using scissors, and stringing it. I guess the "bras" would look really comical on those guys during the game. lolx
