APB Brewing Dept Outing aka Niu-ge's farewell...

Yes.. It was APBS Brewing Department Outing. Hmm.. Why would an ex-attachment student from the Packaging Department appear at this outing? First reason was... It was meant to be Daniel aka Niu-ge's farewell party.. He's leaving APBS for Nestle, will be starting work at Nestle next week. According to him, it was not a very big plant, cos it only produced like.. 3 products? IIRC.

Next reason as to why I was invited, either cos I was very friendly to everyone, network of good friends ranges from not only the Packaging Department, but also the Brewing Department, HR & Training Department, and also a little of the Marketing and Sales Department, probably a few from the department... I can't remember what was it called.. IT Support? Whenever I got pc problems, just called them to fix it. lolx. Yup.. Either I was too friendly... or in other context, I was probably too "ba gua" (gossip monger?).

We had a great time!! Sakae at Wheellock Place... 12 of us, and the bill added up to $230!! A step nearer to my dream of owning a Sakae card, for no reason. Just wanted to own it. Next was KTV at Party World KTV!! We had a VIP room all to the 14 of us. The room was BIG!!! WOAH! Too bad, none of us had a camera.. Should have snapped all of us. Both familiar and unfamiliar faces, and 2 of the attachment students, Guoliang and Li Kiat were.. poly students.. Oh man.. How young was that? Anyway, Guoliang dared me to eat a red plate, 2 piece of sushi each, with a slice salmon wrapped round each of it, after he ate a bowl of udon. He was super duper full before the challenge! Stupid him. Strawberry Kisses or something like that was SOOO small!!! So different from those displayed on the conveyor belt! Oh man.. Slightly disappointed, still like it, though it was so ex, $3.90 for 4.

It was a great night out!! So happy and shiok!! Had fun!! Wish Niu-ge all the best for his next step in his career... and let me see... He should be a father in these 1 or 2 months, IIRC.. Or already is? hmm.. Didn't get updated on this.. Hmm.. haha.. Anyway.. Hope that he wouldn't forget about the idea of backpacking to Myanmar... Weird place, right? But you wouldn't know until you explore the place! *winkz*



SHOPPING IN THE DAY....
Prior to the event, I thought of shopping for my pink dress/top for my san-jie, and also dropped by Raffles City, to get my refund for my Starhub. I paid too much before the termination I guess. The very first shop I went to after Starhub, this pair of jeans caught my eye. Beautifully embroidered, and on top of it, the price was slashed half! I bought the pretty jeans at $37.45 instead of $74.90!! Happy like shit!! Though it was quite long for me. Next I gotten a top and a skirt from OAMC... AGAIN... Bought their new arrivals... How I wish their 50% sales would end real soon, so that I won't be able to buy their stuff anymore... *contradicting* Spent $59 in total there. Next, as there wasn't enough time for me to drop by BV^, I went to FEP^^ instead, and bought a pair of capri there at $39.90. Total damage for the day? $37.45 + $59 + $39.90 = $136.35? Mental maths.. Hope I didn't calculate wrongly. Oh man.. What happened to my saving plans? *slapz*
