Oldies Gathering - Aloy's Belated Birthday

After I bought my Sense top, I bade goodbye to Joo, my shopping kaki for the day, and made my way to Coffee Club at Marina Square. I was the first to reach. As usual, everyone was abit late. And it was those who were still in NTU that were the latest. lolx. Attendance for the day : Aloysius, Mindee, Chunky, Dawn, Yeomin and Me! Dawn said Ziyi flew an aeroplane yesterday night, and Yaw Wei and Major flew another 2 aeroplanes today.

We all ordered either the Chef recommendations or the whatever rewards. I had something Bolo Baked spaghetti or something like that. I could only remember the Bolo. Dawn had garlic prawn spaghetti. Aloy and Mindee shared lobster spaghetti and sea bass. Yeomin had salmon. Chunky had some chicken don't-know-what sandwich or something. It was a huge serving for him, given that he wasn't very hungry. All of us shared calamari rings (except Chunky, cos he's late). After which, we had something chocolatey cake, with mango syrup lined around it, and Mindee ordered something strawberry. It ended up to be orange juice with strawberry ice-cream float. *shrugz*

Anyway, I had a share of each and every dish. I didn't understand why I wasn't that full after my own food. It was either cos it was my first dish of the day, or probably the baked spaghetti didn't had much spaghetti. It was more of the tomato, and cheese. I had quite a big piece of salmon from Yeomin, quite a considerable amount of bread and the chicken filling.. a prawn from Dawn's plate, and abit of here and there. I was such a glutton. Well.. My tummy probably had a hole or something. The food was yummilicious.

After the dinner, we went to Esplanade. We didn't have any idea of where we wanted to go. We splitted our way there and then. Aloy went to enquire about mooncakes at Hagen Daaz and left with Mindee. Dawn left with her group of friends to Thumper at Goodwood Park. Chunky left for Orchard, to meet Joselyn I guess. Yeomin and I went to Balaclava instead, cos she was craving for Hoegarden. We each had a pint. I wondered if I couldn't finish the pint cos it had been too long since I had beer, or was it cos my gastric made my stomach too weak for alcohol. My stomach was really feeling queasy, the last bit of beer had to be finished by Yeomin instead. We left soon after we finished our drinks.

End of the day, Yeomin felt it was early when we reached Hougang MRT. So she came to my house and chatted till 12.30am before she left for home.
