This is how I spend my birthday... The day!!

Met up with Joselyn in Orchard MRT.


My mum got me a bowl of bah-kut-teh
Before I left..
That was why I was late..


Met Joselyn..
We went shopping..
It was as though another simple day..
Another shopping day..
Didn't wish for a fanciful birthday this year..
A simple one will do..


Things were just as normal..
Joselyn gave me a small chee-na purse/bag..
It was in a small plastic bag..
And she forced me to carry that small little bag..
Cos my bag that day was too small to contain it.
She's so evil..


Then we went ZARA..
While looking at some clothes..
Joselyn suddenly got into her laughing fits..
I couldn't understand why looking at clothes could have driven her that crazy..
The next moment when I turned behind to look at her..
Wenting and Joo were behind me too..
I was stunned..
Guess I really thought it was "just another shopping day"..
I REALLY THOUGHT..
"WAH! What a coincidence.."
Can you imagine.. I still followed up a silly question..
"So, will you all be hanging out around with us?"
Wenting and Joo just ignored my question..
I was probably totally unprepared
for a "SURPRISE!" kind of thing..


Okay, I bought a simple ZARA top!
Liked it for it's simplicity..
Next, four of us went off to Marche..
There, I finally had the chance to sit down..
And open my present..
There was a scroll beautifully tied up with a beautiful rose on it..
Inside was a poster for me, done by Joo.
Then there's a big basket type of bag from Thailand.
It was a gift from Joo, since she came back from Thailand.
Yes. A gift that had been staying in her house for quite some time.
Then there was the BODY SHOP Cranberry Package..
There's shower gel, shimmer cream, and lip balm inside the package..



This was what we had at Marche...
Rosti with sour cream
Cheese and Ham crepe
Calamari
Mango on Waffles with Macademia Ice Cream and Fudge Topping

-Drinks-
Cranberry Juice
Rootbeer
Longan/Soursop Drink

Mango don't go well with chocolate.
I still prefer my Strawberries on Waffles.

It's not because the Cranberry package, that I wanted Cranberry juice!
I really loved Cranberry juice in Marche!
I LOVED ITS SWEETNESS!
I LOVED ITS COLOR!
I SIMPLY LOVED MARCHE'S CRANBERRY JUICE!


Okay..
To award them for the pleasant surprise, and the pleasant gifts..
The teatime at Marche was on me! Tsk tsk...


Next..
Joo went back to ZARA to get her $70+ jacket.
Then, the two little girls went home for dinner..
Me and Joselyn carried on, and went to Far East Plaza.
We shopped till our legs was about to give way..
My hands were giving way too, cos the presents were heavy too.


At Phuture London, FEP...
1 stupid thing about the shop.
Their membership is only exclusively for the shop itself.
Membership at Wisma does not apply here in FEP.
The sales assistant, Vincent, was evil.. lolx
He got the thing to get us buying the stuffs..
I got a knitted cape for $69.00.. It hurts!
But I already gotten it.. Nice mah...
Joselyn got a nice top there too..


At one of the shops in FEP...
I bought a flowery pumps..
Liked it to bits..
Slashed it from $42.00 to $39...
I'm beginning to get to the girly side of me..
Skirts, pretty shoes, perfume, watches..
Nothing's enough..
I want to feel like a girl..
I want to give justice to myself..
I need to give the other side of me a chance to show up..


Next..
Most of the shops were closing..
Tangs was the only shop that looked like it was still operating..
We went in..
And we were in a dilemma whether or not it was a good choice..
Cos we saw a good buy..

A Guess bag selling at $39.90!

It was even cheaper than the wallet of the same series!
We didn't get it straight away though..
The salesgirl wasn't really friendly.
We reserved two, and went back considering on the bags..
We walked around for quite some time..
Till we were chased out of the departmental store...


2nd evening in a row..
I walked to Dhoby Ghaut MRT from Orchard..
This time round with Joselyn..
My first time out with Joselyn to town..
Had fun.. And.. BROKE!!


Pronounced BROKE at the end of my birthday!
Sounded pathetic right?!

Grounded from shopping...

This year, as I wished..
There was no birthday cake at all..
My first time without a cake since 19 year old..
Sounds like many years..
But cos I had a record of 4 cakes on my 20th birthday..
2 of which, were rich in whipped cream - Black Forest!


Other than this silly wish..
I didn't had much of a birthday wish..
Cos no cake, no candle, no wish!
Which is good!
No wish means no chance of "My wish didn't come true!"
So, no disappointment..
Right?!
Oh man..
Sometimes I find myself talking like Dadi in TXY..
