Visited Mr. Potter

Visited Mr. Potter for free..
cos Cheryl had Shaw vouchers.
The seatings weren't as bad as we expected.
Our seat number - M6 and M7.
Probably cos it was a week after the launch.
Many had already watched it, perhaps.
Or probably cos it's a Saturday, many went for the later slot instead of the 5.45pm slot.

Mr. Potter was fine, not bad.
He was probably super duper sad over Cedric's death.
Anyway, Mr. Potter promised a 2 hr 40min appointment slot for us,
but Cheryl and I felt cheated on this part.
The timeslot, 5.45pm and the show ended at 8.20pm?!
5.50 - 8.20 pm is only a duration of 2 hr 30min?
I hadn't deduct those advertisement timing yet.
Hmm.. Or is it that Cheryl and I were too calculative over the 10 minutes difference?
Maybe the credits took up the last 10 minutes?
Oh well... I'm still glad that I'd watched to movie.

It's been near 5-6 months since I last watched movies.
The last movie I catched was with Cat and Joo in Bishan J8, "A Lot Like Love".
The last time I stepped into the cinema in Shaw at Bugis...
Was probably in 2001, and the show was LOTR.
The very first LOTR.

That was really 4 years ago?
Years just passed, but I don't feel time slipped.
Time seemed stagnant to me, or was it that I'm the one who was stagnant?!
Well well..

MacDonald's Teppanyaki Chicken Burger

Bought it and hid it in Cheryl's bag.
Lucky that she brought a big bag,
else it would be impossible for us to smuggle the burgers into the cinema.
Probably it was too dark..
that I dropped some of the veggy into my top.
And thank goodness it was dark..
I wasn't so embarassed to pick it up and clean my chest..
Irritating Cheryl witnessed my embarassing moment. >.<

Shopping.

Cheryl got a dirt-cheap, yet pretty skirt for $14+.
I got a black top at assumingly POA, but the plastic bag says "OnDognFriends - ODF"?!

Next was Kiddy place or something.
I didn't notice that it changed till Cheryl told me.
I still remembered it with a green shop front or signboard or something like that.
Well.. I just didn't take too much notice of the shop I guess.

We nearly went crazy over earrings at one of the carts.
The longer we stayed there, the more earrings we eyed on.
Oh dear.. Earrings were selling at $6.90 each, buy 2 get 1 free.

Mahjong.

Mahjong session was cancelled.
Reason given by Adrian: "Cat fang aeroplane".
