3rd Weekend for Holidays.. - Saturday

Amy's Surprise Party

Amy's birthday falls on 10 Nov.
It was in the midst of exams.
Hence, we decided to have a party..
Exactly a month later!!

Prior to the surprise...
We had a hard time, getting the "other equipments"
Due to Mr. Rong Guey and Daniel's B communication breakdown..
Mr. RG thought DB sms him to say that he already bought candles and knife..
Who on the right mind will still msg you about that?
The actual sms was to ask RG to get candles and knife!
Duh!
We went to the supermarket at Paragon to get candles.
The knife available was those small knives, packed in packs of 50.
Crazy! We aren't going to piah zui (gang fight)

So how did we get the knife in the end?
I walked over to BreadTalk alone..
While the guys went over 7-eleven to get lighters.
I approached a senior looking girl in the shop..
And politely asked..
"Hi! Do you actually sell those knife for cake cutting?"
She smiled and said, "Sorry, we don't sell them."
Then I act shy abit and asked,
"Do you think you could just sell me one? I just need one.."
(Ah dui!! Birthday cake knife, of course only need one lah!)
She was very kind and said..
"It's okay! I'll give you one instead!"
Oh man! She really saved the day!

Okayz..
Here's the surprise party at Simply Thai!
Amy was already there with their VJC Basketball team.

Find Cat at work!

Greedy Cat was disappointed..
When I sms her and told her to go Amy's place to get her choc cake.
Well.. Amy was kind enough to detour to her workplace
And let her had a piece of the heavenly cake!

In return..
Cat took a photo of all of us using N90,
And printed the photo out into a calendar card!
All of us were given one each!

Happy!

Met up with Leo

Yeap.. Met up with Leo..
After accompanying Cat for her dinner break.
Did nothing, but ate at BK..
Then walked down the whole stretch of Orchard Road..
Till we reached Dhoby Ghaut..
Then we bade goodbye.
It was just a meet up without much purpose..
Oh yah.. Today was also Daryl's birthday.
Nearly forgot.
At least I got send a sms okayz..
Don't say ex-gf no good or heartless hor..
