Friday the 13th?!

After class, I came back hall, did my laundry and packed my stuff..
I wanted to check if there was any vacancies for me to switch my tutorial class around.
However, a phonecall from TelePorter caused me to be busy...
He couldn't find his PHO220 class!!
I also not sure how he was able to find the class in the end..
The only thing I could do was to tell him the HSS admin office's number..
So he could call and ask..

Joo was moving out officially today...
Inherited some food from her..
While Joanna was inheriting furniture from Joo..
It was weird that I managed to inherit this super duper cute calendar from Joanna!
Weird cos Joanna wasn't moving at all...

I was lazy to travel back via public transport..
Since TelePorter is in school, and travelling home..
I hitched a ride instead..
Been getting really lazy recently..
And makes me wonder about this question..
I asked TelePorter, "When was the last time you taken public transport?"
"Hmm... Very long time ago..."
Then I asked, "Ever since you had the car?"
Well.. The answer was nope.
It was some time after owning the car, that got him somehow lazy to go public...
Well.. I guess that was typical of Singaporeans...
Being a passenger of the TelePort machine for 2 weeks only...
It was enough to make me lazy too...

Went to TelePorter's place for a while, since we had time..
TelePorter introduced me to play on his electric guitar..
Well.. I'm a sucker for guitar..
I did a lot of finger rotations whenever I felt that my fingers were somewhat jammed..
My last finger remained disastrous.. ARGH!
Hmm.... Yakult, my power drink for drumming, ran out of stocks...
TelePorter offered Apple Juice as my power drink instead...
Apparently, apple juice wasn't that effective.. haha..
I shall blame it on the power drink for not able to play the guitar well...
Yes... I NEED MORE PRACTICE FOR GUITAR!

DinnerTime!!

Okay.. We headed to Suki Sushi at Cineleisure..
Cos the boy have birthday discount coupons from SingTel which was expiring soon...
Quite a different feel from Sakae Sushi...
Felt a bit out of place and spoilt for choices...
Didn't know what to order in the first place...

RONIN - Acoustic @ Esplanade!

After dinner, we headed to Esplanade to catch Ronin's performance.
Think it's really cool to perform at Outdoor Theatre...
I wonder how many people can really pursue their dreams like them..
It's quite difficult to deviate from the main stream..
The world is, most of the time, practical... Money is important...

Well.. The session kind of ended abruptly...
It was after the last song..
Then they said,"Oh! It was our last song! That's all for the night!"
What the...?! *laffz*
Damn farni lah..
These guys will be filming their MTV this Sunday..
So they had some work to do after the performance..
So... TelePorter and I went off to find other activities...

PARTY WORLD KTV

Yes... This was our "other activities"...
We got Daniel out too...
We were blasting super beng music in the car..
When Daniel got in, he had a terrible headache...
Cos the bass was super whoah.. *whistle*

We went to PartyWorld KTV at Orchard.
Really sang to our hearts' content!
The two guys wanted so much to sing Zhao Chuan's "Chen Mo De Gao Yang"..
But the music inside my head was the song by Lee Zong Sheng and Zoe Tay..
I was really too tired to differentiate!! I can't believe it!!

Felt comfortable singing with these two guys...
Even though it was my first singing session with them...
Probably when I was with other friends...
I felt inferior in singing or something...
I wasn't known as good in singing or what..
I had always been left out of KTV sessions...
Left out as in.. They KTV without me.. *boohoo*

Oh well...
Really enjoyed the KTV session very much!!
Daniel sang well.... Rare to see guys that can reach the high pitch..
Guang Liang's Di Yi Ci... I like..
TelePorter was okay.. I think he was merely unfamiliar with certain songs..
For those songs that he was more familiar with, he was more okay... tsk tsk..
Their opinion of mine? For me to know, for you to find out..
(Hint: Their opinions were pleasing to my ears.. *cloud nine* )

Well.. We sang quite a few duet..
I realised that I was quite lousy for duet songs..
Don't usually sing them... Wasn't familiar...
We sang Sally Yeh and George Lam's xuan3 zhe2 (Choice?)...
I think we were quite off-key..
Cos we were really not too familiar with the song...
We also sang wu1 ding3 (Rooftop?)..
The ni3 and wo3 was again confusing me at the last few verses I think..
And we were all making fun of how constipated Jacky Wu looked in the MTV..
End up in laughing fits instead of singing...
These were the only two duet songs that I remembered from the night...

A new duet singing experience with Daniel and TelePorter..
