Week 2 Day 2 - Public Holiday!

It's Hari Raya Haji today..

Mission No. 1

Initial plans for today...
To start studying and start on my tutorials.
Last night heard that Teleporter had finished up to Tutorial 2 for one of the modules!
*gasped my breathe*

Result - Mission Failed.

Mission No. 2
= Meeting up with Cheryl, Feng, Wen and Major =

Initially wanted to find Cheryl at her place, to swim or whatever..
Wanted to meet up today.
What happened in the end?
Cheryl's parents and Feng's parents nagged them to springclean.
Dave wanted to bring a new doggie to Feng's place.
Everyone was busy with something..
It's definitely hard to coordinate and meet at a later timing..

Result - Mission Aborted.

= Go town with Joselyn =

Result - Mission Accomplished!!

= Cat and Adrian jio-ed mahjong =

Travelling from hall to AMK was whoah!
Moreover, I just played mahjong on Sunday night!

Result - Mission Aborted.

Mission No. 5
= Renate's CNY clothes shopping @ City Plaza =

Nah.. Earlier, I had promised Joselyn to shop...
And no intentions to shop at City Plaza today.
So had to turn her down.

Result - Mission Aborted.

Mission No. 3
= Go town with Joselyn =

Waited for the rain to subside or stop before leaving.
Yes.. Went to Orchard - Far East.
Spent near to $40 on 2 necklaces...
Hang out for till 8 plus, till we decided to have our dinner.
Went Food Republic in Wisma for dinner.
The Hokkein noodles ($4) was a large serving and good! bagus!
Met up with Chunky at the end of the day and come back hall..

Chunky was quite an unlucky figure..
Yesterday he went MoS, and a fight broke out..
Today he went to Taka, and a fire broke out around Level 5..
All shoppers were evacuated.

Tired trip back hall... Dozed off in the bus 199..
It seemed to be the first time I'm taking 199 back to hall this year.
Amazing right?!
Told you I depended too much on my Teleport machine!
Not very good, right?!

Kids Gather!

Back to hall...
Less than 30 minutes, the kids started to gather in my room...
There was full of question marks in my head...
Of all rooms, my room?! *weird*
I just deduced that I was just too popular.. *slapz*
Cos I seemed to disappear from hall recently,
People just missed me too much... *pukez and slapz*
Oh well.. Whatever...
The kids came to discuss some stuff..

Attendance...
Wenting, Stefanie, Xiao Min, Cerlyn, Felicia...
And I kind of purposely missed out one person..
Cos she didn't want to be recognised as present in this discussion.

Supper with Leo...

MSN message from him to ask me for supper before the kids left..
I was 70% reluctant to go and I didn't know how long these kids would take..
Anyway, I started really talking to him after the kids left..
At first, I was like.. okay loh.. I'll go over and supper with him..
Then, he said couldn't waste too much time, cos he had tutorials to do..
I thought.. Then what's the point of meeting up?!
So I actually rejected the idea.. and preparing myself for a nice shower...
Little would I know..
Next moment, my SMS ringtone rang...
Leo says, "I'm really hungry lei..."
Alamak! *slapz my forehead*
My reply, "I'll be there in 15 min."

Tiring day..
Walking to Hall 4 via the Nanyang Lake wasn't as scary as I thought...
Or probably I was too tired for any scary thoughts to build up...
Accompanied by my MP3 player, I walked alone in the cold, dark night..

Okay. Met him.. Reached the gate at Yunnan Garden..
WTF?! The gate was locked by then!
Had to climb over lah!! *pengz*
It's okay.. I'm garang enough..

Intention was to go to Ah Fang for prata...
Guess what? the 24-hour service does not apply for Hari Raya siah...
We didn't know that the vendors were Muslims too!
Out of wits.. We had to walk further down to extension kopitiam...
I ended up only having a glass of hot milo,
cos my initial target was actually prata and prata alone..

It drizzled abit when we were at kopitiam..
When we went back to the gate.. it was even more slippery..
I slipped my right foot when I was on top of the gate..
Lucky thing that I didn't lose my balance...
Whatever.. It had been quite a lousy day..
No.. It was a lousy night...

The journey back to hall from Hall 4 felt better than the earlier walk..
It was probably the little drizzle that made the difference..
I had to agree with Joo.. Yes.. Walking in rain is a fun and happy thing...
When I was reaching Hall 16, there was a sudden rush in me, to go jogging..
I looked at the time.. 4+am?
Nah.. Some other time then.. It had been a long, tiring day...
I shouldn't torture myself...

Had a nice warm shower..
Dried my hair with the hair dryer..
and hey bed, Eeyore, and Dearie Tatty Bear!
Here I COME!!
