The Rise of the MUGGER..

This week, mugging had begun...
Meanwhile, I realised that I could actually waste alot of time just by talking.

5 Mar 2006, Sunday night

Met Raymond from De Jeunes with Ling, Huiling and Wenting.
He was probably taken aback that we had so many people present to meet him..
He was lucky that his enthusiasm made us forget about him being late for 30 minutes!
He should treat us some day you know, making 4 girls wait for so long on a Sunday night!

6 Mar 2006, Monday

Nothing much today.
Went to library to study after dinner at Jurong Point.
After library closed, migrated to one of the tables outside LT.
Studied until 11+ then came back hall and rest.

7 Mar 2006, Tuesday

Nothing much in the day too.
The plans for the evening was about the same as Monday night.
Had dinner at Gek Poh.
Got this small lottery slip for fun.
And I bought a carton of 6 Heineken from the petrol station.
Planned to drink a little after studying today.

We went to Library 2 to study.
I had a wallet scare this night.
Careless me, left my wallet in the restroom outside the library.
Luckily, the librarian picked up the wallet and left it at the enquiry counter.
I only realised the loss of my wallet at the closing of the library.
And we thought it was quite impossible to carry on studying..
So went back hall and drink Heineken instead.

After my first can of Heineken, then I went to check my school email.
The very first mail was titled "Wallet found"
Okay.. That calls for the second can of Heineken..
Sounds totally like an alcoholic huh?

8 Mar 2006, Wednesday

I met Daphne at NIE..
Then I went to her room for the first time in Hall 16.
Her single room was much much smaller than my single room!
The wardrobe was exceptionally small too!
Well.. I parked at her room for like.. 1.5 hrs to 2 hrs..
Then I left for my room.

Not long after..
It was dinner time again!
Where's dinner this time round?
I suggested BK..
So we went to BK at OCS..
After that we studied at the benches outside Popular.
Not a bad place, cos I'm sitting right under the light.
I like my study place to be brightly lit.
One bad thing was..
There were mosquitoes around I think..

Stopped studying around 10+pm.
I went back my room and got changed..
What's next?
We went jogging...
I had never ran so far around NTU before.
Felt my whole body system is failing at the end of it.
Where did we run?
H13 bus stop -> H14 -> H15 -> H11 -> Staff apartments -> H1
-> H5 -> H4 -> Innovation Centre -> H7 -> SCI -> NIE
-> NIE pond -> upslope to behind Blk 64!!
Faint!
I jogged all the way...
Except that I rested for a while at SCI, after hitting the top of the upslope.
Walked to the T-junction, and started running to the left of the junction..
NIE Canteen bus stop, NIE basketball bus stop, NIE pond..
I thought we would end at Hall 13 bus stop!
I immediately stopped...
When I heard that we are going upslope to the carpark behind my block..
My legs just refused to move..
Only after a few words.. I was like.. Okay okay.. I'm going to finish it..
And yes.. I finished it..
I wonder in weeks to come..
Are we going to do this again?
Can someone tell me how far I ran?
I never ran this far I think..
The furthest I ran was in SRJC..
The run was outside SR, around the private housing and what not..
And I managed to finished top 100 for my 2 years in SR.
Top 100 were entitled me the souvenir.

Went to chit chat with Joanna after the run.
And only rested quite late today.

9 Mar 2006, Thursday

It was Hall 13 Inauguration Ceremony-cum-Dinner tonight.
What can I say?
It was pretty disappointing.
It was so small scale...
None of the past residents was invited..
Neither were the past JCRC committees.
Not even the presidents.
What is this?
It seemed to be a simple Sub-com Appreciation dinner.
Disappointed.

Alice on the 5th prize, which was a foodie bag.
She was still complaining that the lucky draw seemed inefficient..
While her name was called straight after..
Liying was pretty funny as well..
She won a portable radio during the draw.
When she walked past our table, she wanted to exchange her radio for our foodie bag.
We were quite amazed! haha
After a second thought, she still prefer to have the radio.

Tanny and Eric's MSN nick was very funny after the night.
Tanny was absent for the event.
So, for the first prize, her name was called out.
But too bad she wasn't around.
Then eventually Eric was the final winner.
Tanny's nick : "Who took my DVD player?!"
Eric's nick : "Won a DVD player!"
Yes.. The first prize was a DVD player.

10 Mar 2006, Friday night

Practically, I spent my whole Friday talking non-stop.

I met Yangmin outside library, before I went to lab for my FYP.
We talked for around 15 minutes..
Then when I met the PhD student at the lab..
We almost used up all the time talking and discussing too..
After I left the lab, I met Meiling at the corridor of N3..
We talked from 12.45pm to 2.20pm..

Then I went back to hall..
Stupid internet was down..
Went to Wenting's room to check out some stuffs from Edventure..
Talked to Wenting and Steph for some time till around 4.45pm..
They started preparing to go home..

So I left, and I passed by Joselyn's room..
I wonder why.. and I just started talking to Joselyn..
I was pretty tired.. but my mouth just didn't stop talking..
After coming out from shower, Felicia was walking along my corridor..
End up I spent time talking to her till 6+..
You see.. I spent my whole day, just by talking!!!

10 - 12 Mar 2006, Friday night - Saturday - Sunday

That was not all about talking...
The evening I went out to chill out..
We talked alot alot...
I was.. yes.. pretty drunk at the end of the night...
Well.. I guess drinking helps abit..
I guess I wouldn't have said some things without the help of some liquor..
And of course..
We got to know each other better..
*smiles*

But well..
I was quite disappointed in some things I did though..
Over the weekend,
Apart from trying hard to recover from my hangover...
I was also trying hard to recover part of the memory when I was drunk..
I really didn't know exactly what I did..
But I think it was pretty disappointing to me..
Not sure if it was disappointing to him.. but at least it was disappointing to me..
