12th SRJC Student Council

What can I say about this batch of councillors?

They are simply fantastic!!


Most of us separated and went in our own ways after college years. The only time of reunion was probably 2 or 3 years ago. What I remembered was having seafood platter for 2 at the Suntec Fish & Co. It used to be at where Carl's Jr is. Talking about it.. Hey! Who was supposed to send me those photos taken there in Fish & Co huh?! It's been so many years!!!! *photo beggar ranting*

After so many years, (easily 5.5 years?), many of us got back together via MSN! How amazing! Though it's not all, but.. Well.. We can kinda reliving our council life in our messy council room over MSN.. I mean the crapping part.. And as usual.. I'm still the target for suaning especially in the presence of the two irritating Daryl and Hafiz!!

Days in the council room was so memorable.. It was us, fighting over sofa area for afternoon nappy.. It was us, coming out with the make-shift changing room for us to change into PE attire after a couple of poor Susan, watching too much Superman, attempted to change in the cupboard. It was us, who crazily play Pipes in the early council days, and went on to get hooked on Pokemon in our lousy PC in the room. It was us, who set table and chairs outside the room, just to play carrom in a more windy environment. It was us, to stand at the walkway outside the room, to check out the Malay stall in the canteen downstairs. Once the chicken wings and sometimes, the roti john, came out right from the hot wok.. There we go.. Dashing down the stairs for the most yummilicious, heavenly chicken wings!! It was us, who made campfire possible during the 2nd FOC. I still kept the remains of the firewood!! It was each of us, that make our 12th council unique for ourselves.



And now, after many years... Many were interested in organising outings for the May/June/July holidays!

It's so weird that the above mentioned are all suggested by our council Exco, with the exception of Christopher. Our treasurer missed the SR food (me too!), our Welfare Head (to think he wants to go Ubin), he is still as garang as usual.. Our PR Head, my dearest er-jie, really knows how to enjoy life.. Thailand trip! Woohoo! I want I want! Haha! But see when lah!
