Question - Will you stay with in-laws after marriage?

This was a topic we talked about the other day.

Will you stay with the in-laws after marriage?

What a weird topic out of the blue..

My answer is yes, why not?

Asked Jossie the same question, and her reaction was the same as mine!

I know my sister-in-law-to-be wouldn't want to..
That's why they waited for their new flat to be ready before moving in.
Eh.. Think I said before..
I'm glad to be my mum's daughter, not with the words in-law behind..

Why did I say yes...?

First thing, I feel that I can get along with most people.

2nd thing, I believe that I'm super adaptable to environment.

3rd thing, I believe that there's nothing that can't be solved.

4th thing, I strongly believe in harmonious living within a family, and I want to achieve it, and I will achieve it!

5th thing, I respect all elders.
Whatever they feel/think/do/behave, will voice down to what happened to them in the past.
History do really mould people into who they are.
If they unhappy, or don't like you to do something, just don't do it..
You won't want others to do something you don't like too, right?
Ultimately, the secret to good relationship is to give and take, and not to take things for granted.
Well.. This doesn't apply to relationship with in-laws, but also to every other people.

6th thing.. I feel that you should treat in-laws as your parents too.
Ok.. What do you call them after your marriage?
Definitely not Uncle and Auntie..
And come on..
The in-laws are people who brought the hubby up!
If not for them, there won't be such a blessed marriage..

Well.. If your hubby is a jerk, while the parents are bestest souls in the world..
You should blame yourself for marrying him, and not blame the upbringing..

Lastly, a bimbotic statement..

I think I'm super ultra LOVABLE!

Who will hate me as his/her daughter-in-law?
They just can't wait to shower more love on me than their son!

*lol*

Haha.. Sounded as if I really got someone to get wedded to huh?
Blah blah blah..
It's just thoughts that went through under this topic
