Chilling out Saturday!!

Summary of what happened today
- Meet up with Janice & Nelly cancelled cos no confirmation
- Blog day
- Evening out to J8 for dinner
- Chill out at One Rochester
- Dancing at Shanghai
- Home Sweet Home



DINNER AT SAKAE SUSHI

We reached J8 - Sakae Sushi at 9.15pm.
They closed at 10pm.
We straight away placed our last order once we sat down.
Most of the food came, except my Fried Tofu and his fave baby octopus..
He was feeling quite sore about it, cos he didn't managed to fill his stomach.
Luckily the free parking in J8 then was a consolation to the lousy meal.



CHILL OUT AT ONE ROCHESTER

This was the first time that I suggested a place to chill out.
Had a minor hiccup as to finding the place..
Cos I didn't know where the place is...
And neither of us been to the place before.
Carpark was full - Valet parking cost $6.

There were no seats available, except bar seats.
What was worse, there was only one chair.
Of course, I got to sit!
Initially, we felt very awkward at the bar seats..
Cos we were the only ones there..
We actually wanted to leave after the first drinks
After a while, it was pretty interesting to sit at the bar..
And also we managed to rob a table next to the bar.


Why was it interesting to sit at the bar?
The bartender Kevin was quite cute..
He's very fair and has reddish lips?
With the uniform there, I thought he looked like a vampire..
He's pretty entertaining..
If you are in the mood of flirting, he's not a bad person to flirt with I think..
Haha.. Too bad I wasn't too into the mood yesterday..

Psst.. It's a rare occasion that I find some guy cute!

One Rochester is a chill out place, converted from a bungalow or a house..
We ended up staying there till it closed at 2?
As usual, we chatted and chatted..
Never ending chats.. =)



CHIT CHAT CHIT CHAT...

Well..
I was glad that you gave me a chance to prove to you who I am..
I was glad that you didn't judge me from the things you hear..
I had always felt those who judge me from the things they hear, are definitely not friends.
I didn't care what people say about me..
No matter how defaming...
I believe it allows me to see clearly who are friends, and who aren't..

Actually, I didn't say this..
I was glad that I bothered to say hi to you that time at the lift..
I actually wanted to walk away and ignore you.
I was glad that I wasn't anti-social that day, that time..
Else we weren't be now - very good friends..

And yes..
I'm glad that it was you who took care of me last Wednesday..
Why? Cos I felt very secure in your presence.. Very comfortable with you..
Moreover, you are someone I trusted...
And I guess I mentioned many times..
That, times with you were very enjoyable and memorable..
And I'm glad that you enjoyed yourself too.



SHANGHAI

After One Rochester, we left for Shanghai..
When reaching Shanghai..
Someone was trying to be funny, and perform his right-leg, right-hand-only driving..
A U-turn to the parallel parking nearly became an accident!
We nearly drive right into the doors of one of the cars over there...
We were damn lucky that he managed to jam brake in time..
The car was probably a metre away from the next car's side..
Scary! Thank God the car managed to stop in time!

Patrick, his drumming teacher wasn't performing that night.
It was a guest band from overseas if I'm not wrong..
A mixture of dialects were sung..
Mandarin, Hokkien and Cantonese..
Was pretty entertaining..
The crowd was really different, and quite wild in their way..
It's pretty fun!

The music is something what my Cat definitely wouldn't appreciate!
Chinese techno!!
"tuo1 diao4 tuo1 diao4 tuo1 diao4, shang4 yi1 tuo1 diao4!"
"yuan yuan yuan yuan quan quan, quan quan yuan yuan quan quan..."
"you3 yi1 ge4 mei li de xiao nu hai..."
Whee....!

The two of us just danced and danced..
I danced as if there was no tomorrow....



PARTY'S OVER!!

We left around 4..
As we walked to the car, I tripped alittle and knocked my shin against the curb..
Now my ankle is abit strained and a bump & blue black on my shin..
Ouch!

The ride home was woah..
We continued blasting techno, his fave techno songs...
I didn't know we were soooo loud till I got home!
The moment I stepped out of the lift at the 4th storey...
I could hear the "zhum zhum zhum" soo clearly!!!
OMG!!

I guess I had quite a drop of alcohol..
Needed to feel abit sober at my corridor, before I enter my door.
The moment I finally rested on my bed, my bro2's alarm clock went off..
Time for him to go Big Walk..

Guess what? I woke up at 7+am..
Cos I was feeling damn hungry!
My mum was surprised that I woke up so early!!
I'm like a hungry ghost today..
