A Lovely Saturday evening..

-RANTINGS-

I spent the WHOLE MORNING waiting...
Waiting for my mum to come back from granny's place..
And go to my bro2's place to wait for some workers to come and do some repairs...
Waited till it was too late, I had to rush to reach his place by 1.30pm..

Then, I spent the WHOLE AFTERNOON waiting...
WAITING for the stupid workers to come.
1.30-3pm, was the time frame given to me.
I had a date with my good old friend. =)
3.15pm, I went down to the small temporary office by HDB in the neighbourhood.
The freaking girl told me the WORKERS JUST ARRIVED AT 3PM!!!!
WTF!!
And she asked me to wait for an hour..
I waited till 5pm!!!
I was so hungry that I had to cook the instant mee goreng for lunch...
And my poor date had to eat lunch alone, despite knocking off at around 2.30-3pm...

Lastly, after 5, I went down to the office again, to find that it was closed already!
I just had to abandon the place, abandon the plan of endless waiting and leave for town...


--A LOVELY SATURDAY EVENING--

Thankfully, the later half of the day was really really wonderful...
Tonight was lots of laughters and catching up...
And also a chance to realise how trapped and unhappy I was recently..
A great conversation over dinner....
People can't believe how clear-minded about the situation I was in..
Yet, so unbelieveable that I couldn't bear to get out of it..

The irony of life.. perhaps my life..
The people who bring light to your life, can bring along darkness and shadow too..

Thank you, Becky... for the evening...
And thank you for the limited edition mascara too..
I shall add length to my barely-existing lashes after the current is used up.
*jumps with joy*


And guess what? I bought 2 pants today..
I'm not surprised if my expenditure this week hit $1k...
Time to recall back some money..
$60 to be collected for Vday roses.. Yes..
The money hadn't been transferred cos queue's at ATM is always too long.. tsk tsk
Not that I'm complaining.. hee..
$100 for a Casio watch, that's still in my house...
$50 for fridge.. a-hem.. with my disciple...
Well, $50 most probably gonna be spent on my maid and my disciple's bday pressie..
Or maybe I still got to add in more............




-RANDOM THOUGHTS-

It has been a long time since someone walk me home... *smile*

It feels good, dressing up for a Saturday date..
Casual dress-up, but not sloppy like yesterday or any other day...
I definitely like this new top that I'm wearing today.
I shall find motivation to dress better every other day, though it's really a chore to do so..
It's tough being a girl..
