Ba Zhang Prep Day

Today is the Ba Zhang Prep Day...

1030-1230, 2 hours, I finished dicing all the meat...
By then, my right fingers are numb, cos I used quite alot of strength on the small knife...

1230-1245, 15 min, I finished dicing the mushrooms...

1245-1400, 1 hour, I finished slicing all the onions....
Numb fingers and snoozing and hungry me... sliced my own fingers quite a few times...

1400-1430, 30 min, I didn't finished slicing the shallots... But did quite alot of it...
I couldn't finished, cos the cuts I had on my left fingers....
The shallots just irritate those cuts, and very very pain... PAIN PAIN...

Pain pain fingers, comforted by a nice virtual hug. So sweet.

This is the end of today.
I'm meeting Jossie later, hence, not gonna be involved in the frying of stuffs...
