Bazhang Galore!!! - Backdated post

This post, dedicated to my greedy glutton, Callie-jie, all the way in Canada...

Dearest sis, as promised, here's the photos of the bazhang that you can't eat from that far..
Really looking forward to see you back in Singapore for good...
How I wish to turn back the time to when we still had fun...

The 5 above plates, are the things I diced/sliced throughout 5-6 hours over last Saturday.
My fingers stink of them, especially the onion and the shallots, for days...


Ingredients after frying.
(Clockwise from top left: Glutinous rice, meat/shrimps/water chestnut/all the chopped stuffs, white dou4 sa1, and another pot of fried meat/blahblahblah...)
Uncooked bazhang...
I'm amazed by the level..
So many bazhang bao-ed by me, and all hangs at the same level...
Surprised by my gungho...

Here's where the dumplings go...

And ta-da!!!
This is like the first or second pot of dumplings...
I made like.. 2 to 3 times of what you see in the photos during last weekend!!!
Faintz right??!
I forgot to take photos of the ones cut opened...
But nevermind..
Brought some to the office..
So far no complains... but all praises...
Yeap.. Overall, it taste sweet..
One of my colleague says, such dumplings with tau-sar..
Will cost $0.50 more, if you get it from outside..
