I am dealing with people in Vancouver, WA, USA.

I was being laughed at, and commented that Vancouver is a city in Canada!
Not in USA!

Yes. I know Vancouver is in Canada...
Why can't USA name a city the same as Canada?

SOMEONE actually said that cos USA and Canada buay ngam..
So USA will never name a city the same name as Canada.
