Happy Weekend. - Thursday.

Weekend starts on Wednesday evening last week!!!


Actually it was a perfect call for a Wednesday clubbing session..
Erh.. But it only came across my mind at late Wednesday night..
It's been ages since I went Zouk, and met up my old-time acquaintance..
The bartender over there.. He smsed me again lately... hehe...
Missed those days that me and Cat got addicted on Mambo nights and Flaming Lambo..
Flaming Lambo was really HIGH.. Especially after you drink like 2 or 3 of it..
And perhaps down with more of other liquors...
Missed the drink..

Well..
Of course, I didn't had to waste all my energy just on my 1st night of my long weekend..
I had a nice full dinner instead.... Haha..


Thursday shopping and meet-up with Joo and Janice..
Funny times I had with Joo at Spinelli..
She was quite amused by certain things only to the ears of the both of us..
Yeap. Secret. Cos it's evil laughters.
We two had our evil moments.
Hmmm... Apple crumble @Spinelli was heavenly..




Meet-up with Janice was another round of laughters..
Actually, I was in a SNAPPY mood..
Anyone with the slightest imperfection in anything or service..
Will just get my meanest complaints...

The most prominent thing was at the Jap restaurant in Citilink..
The one next to Adidas, up the escalator..
We ordered a pasta and a pizza, to be shared between the two of us.

The pasta came...
When we were halfway through the pasta..
I told Jan...
"Luckily we are sharing the dishes.. Else one of us would have died of hunger!"

Ok.. Till we finished our pasta.. our pizza was yet to be served...
So we spoke to the manager... or at least someone better dressed..
And he went to the kitchen to check things out.
He came back, saying that our pizza will soon be ready in a short while...
I was like..
"OKAYZ... You better make sure you didn't FORGET our orders...."

Probably like 10 minutes later...
He came to us, and apologised...
"Sorry, we had an apprentice, and he accidentally upsetted the dish..
Hope you won't mind giving us another 5 minutes to re-prepare the dish..."
We gladly say "Ok... No problem.."
Cos at least he was really putting effort..
Whenever he went, he did keep a lookout to our table..
To check if our pizzas are there..
And didn't need us to ask for it a second time, before he came to ask for more grace period..

In fact...
The pizza came in like 2 minutes after the manager told us about it..
We were quite surprised though...
So did the manager, cos Jan saw his surprised look, when checking out at our table from afar..
After I had the second slice of pizza.. this thought came to me.. and I had to share with Jan..
"If remaking the pizza only takes them 5 minutes...
Does that mean they really did forgotten our orders?
Cos how many 5 minutes are there from the time of order, till we finished our pasta?!"

Jan can't helped being amused by my delayed reactions...
And said that I should have snapped this at the manager, when he came to us the second time..
Erh... Ok lah..
The manager's good service doesn't deserve such snaps...

Ok.. After the dinner..
We left the restaurant, walking towards Marina Square..
Just as we were still outside NewUrbanMale..
Amongst the crowd, when I was turning to Jan to talk to her..
I saw a guy carry a familiar Big Bright Blue Paper Bag walking past...

I grasped my breathe.. grabbed Jan by her arm tightly...

And let out a loud "OH NO!!!"

Jan shocked by me, only had a chance to say "What?!"
She was wondering if my shoes snapped again...

I pointed out to the Big Blue Adidas Paper Bag that guy was holding to..
And screamed!

"My BAG!!!"

Before Jan had time to react..
I was already off, running towards the restaurant...
She could only see the puff of wind I left behind..

And before she started walking towards the restaurant...
I was already seen with my bag, walking back to her..
And we ended up having a great time laughing our heads off like crazy girls...

Ok. She concluded that Funny things always happen when I'm in my Snappy mood.
First was my shoe that snapped in Citilink.. and it was when I ran bare-footed to Charles&Keith.
Then it was the Christmas tree at Hotel Intercontinental..
Behaving as if it was my first time seeing a Xmas tree..
And now... the Adidas bag..
I'm such a drama queen at weird times.. hehe..







I would think that's all for my laughing Thursday..
But I was totally wrong..
It was just a prelude...


All the rest began at PartyWorld KTV, Chinatown..
When I joined SO with Dan, Kyle after their jamming session..
Together with Michelle, ZeeAnn....
Though I only sang like 4-5 songs throughout the 4 hours...?
It was totally worth the entertainment..

Especially after Gerald joined us, and we upgraded to the bigger room...
Really so kuazhang lor..
We had our concert inside..
There was also a dancefloor where gay dancing happened..
And even have those tambourines and maracas in the room..
I found a photo of the tambourine..
Exactly the same as what we used...!!
We just tambourine all the way...
ZeeAnn said she could even hear us all the way from the toilet..

Gerald was funny in all ways...
Especially his concert piece... Ah Mei's Ting1 Hai3..
And his translator Mr Dan next to him.. to read the words before each sentence start...
We will never hear Ting1 Hai3 the same way we always do now!

There was once when it was Dan's turn to sing...
Me and Kyle ran next to him...
Ringing our tambourines on the left and the right of both of his ears..
We had hell lotsa fun..
And of course...
Hell lotsa tingling and ringing of the tambourines in the head after the event...
And we really laugh our lungs out..


Oh boy.. Joo and Jan.. You two really missed out some crazy fun...


A-hem.
I really laughed and cheered until sore-throat, rather than sing until sore-throat.. haha..
And I think my ear hurts too cos of the noise we made..
